Farm Raised and Hand Crafted
On our farm, the alpacas grace the fields and grow their fiber; I weave and knit with the yarn. I love the character of the alpacas and that their fiber is both functional and exquisite. Our alpaca products are home grown, locally spun, hand woven and knit on the farm, in all natural colors. Prime and soft fiber is used for next to the skin wear, such as hats and scarves. Leg and belly fiber, soft and scratchy, is used for rugs and placemats. As I’m knitting or weaving, I’m aware of and enjoy the tangible connection between my alpacas in the field and their lovely yarn in my hand.
