Please read the following before completing and submitting either application.

If you are proposing multiple classes, please submit a SEPARATE application for each.
Even if you have submitted or taught at the Vermont Sheep and Wool Festival before, please complete the entire application(s).
Do not embed images or other files in any of the fields. Use the file upload tool at the bottom of the form.

In-Person Fiber Arts Classes

We welcome proposals for in-person fiber arts classes for the 2024 Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival. Please use the form below.

Class Description (Please include: description of what the students will be doing in the class, end product, if any, that students will have at the end of the class.)

Materials to be provided by instructor - if applicable (The type and cost to the student of materials that YOU will supply for the class. Please note: this does NOT include the cost of the class for the student. This may include items that the student will use in the class and are available for purchase.)

Materials to be provided by students (Any equipment or supplies the students will be requested/required to have available and anything they need to get ready prior to class; for example: a knitted swatch)

Instructor bio (A brief bio - 100 words or less, please - and a list of classes that you have taught previously and where. Optionally, any of the following: website address, Instagram account, facebook page, Esty shop, any other social media/advertising that you use, photos of your yourself and your work (do not embed photos in this form).

References (2 references, including contact information) If you have taught classes at the VT Sheep and Wool Festival before, then references are not required)

Virtual Fiber Arts Classes

The Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival, in conjunction with Vermont Fibershed, is planning to offer classes (fiber arts and more) throughout the year. We will begin by offering a selection of virtual fiber arts classes.

As a first step, we are seeking proposals from fiber arts instructors for virtual classes. Please use the form below to submit your application if you would like to offer a virtual fiber arts class.
