Navajo Twill Weaving

Date: September 28 – 30
Time: 9am-4pm
Cost: $700 ($600 for class plus $100 materials fee*)

Class Description: Nikyle Begay will lead this 3-day workshop to learn traditional Navajo Twill Weaving.

Experience Level: This is an introductory class.

Materials to be provided by instructor: Materials, including loom kit and yarn, will be provided with the class.

*Materials cost is $236 and all but $100 will be paid by the Vermont Fibershed. Students will take home a new loom.

Materials to be provided by students: Please bring scissors and a notebook to class.
