Felted Mohair “Scribble” Scarf

Class Description: You don’t have to know how to weave, knit or crochet in order to turn a single skein of mohair yarn into a unique and fashionable all-season scarf, which makes a lovely gift for yourself or someone else at any time of year. We’ll just add soapy water—and some elbow grease! Come see how the miracle happens. (Note: Felting requires gentle, sustained physical activity for the duration of class time.)Experience Level: No prior experience requiredMaterials to be provided by instructor: $5 fee for handouts, use of all in-class tools: mesh, grip mat, rolling tools, towels; $10 fee if using instructor’s yarns (wide selection)Materials to be provided by students: 1-2 skeins yarn (50 gr each) containing at least 40% mohair fiber
