Vendor Information & Applications

Available below are applications for our vendor and animal barn waiting list, food vendors, nonprofits, sponsorships and camping. Please contact us if you have questions or need assistance.

Marketplace Vendors:

The Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival takes great pride in the quality and variety of our Marketplace Vendors. We have very little turnover, so space for new vendors is limited.

Please use the Vendor Waiting List Online Application to apply to be placed on the waiting list for a vendor space or animal pen. We will place you on the waiting list and contact you if we get an opening. You will be mailed a Vendor Booth Application and/or Animal Pen Rental Agreement when you are offered a space.

Animal Barn:

The Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival invites farmers to bring their fiber animals for exhibit and sale.  Animal pen locations are available in and adjacent to the Animal Barn.

Animals may be sold from pens, but no vending of products is allowed without an additional vendor space. In addition to our regular 10′ x 10′ vendor booth size, a 5′ x 10′ space is available in animal display areas only. If you wish to have a vendor space alongside your animal pen, you have the opportunity to note that on the Vendor Waiting List Online Application (below). You will be mailed a Vendor Booth Application and/or Animal Pen Rental Agreement when you are offered a space.

Designer Alley:

We’re pleased to announce a new feature! Pattern designers will be set up In “Designer Alley” near the Dodge Gilman Building. View pattern samples, including new designs, and chat with the designers.

Designers – you are invited to apply for one of the limited number of outdoor spaces in Designer Alley. The fee is low and no selling is allowed. This is an opportunity to showcase your designs and meet the makers.

The Festival will provide a 10′ x 10′ outdoor space. You must provide the canopy and booth setup.

Please contact Ellen with any questions.

Vendor Insurance:

For vendors that do not carry their own insurance policies, we recommend that you visit the ACT Insurance website. This is an excellent option for obtaining the required insurance for the Festival weekend.
